Base: All buildings in Madrid. Observation towers, radio masts, chimneys and other structures are not included. Heights are measured to the structural height, which includes architectural elements, but not communications spires. Since this list was published Torre Repsol, (Architect Norman Foster) has been inaugurated and stands at 250 m (820 ft). Also under construction in 2007 were: * Torre de Cristal, architects Íñigo Ortiz, Enrique León and Cesar Pelli, 249 m (817 ft) * Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso, architects Carlos Rubio, Enrique Álvarez, 236 m (774 ft) * Torre Espacio, architects Pei Cobb and Reid-Fenwick, 223 m (732 ft).
