List: Top 10 Favorite New Books for Teenagers (Young Adults) in USA
Date: 2008
Source: American Library Association (ALA)
Base: Teens' Top Ten is a "teen choice" list, where teens nominate and choose their favorite books of the previous year. Nominators are members of teen book groups in fifteen schools and public libraries around the country. Nominations are posted in April during National Library Week in the United States, and teens across the country vote on their favorite titles each year during Teen Read Week. Readers aged twelve to eighteen can vote right.
Notes: You can see the 2005 book list here and all yearly results since 2003 are listed here.
