Notes: According to this survey IT experts were the most likely to suffer from stress than any other professional. 97% of people working in IT claimed to find their life at work stressful on a daily basis. Four out of five IT consultants said they stressed before they even enter the workplace and a quarter of IT experts had taken time off suffering with stress. Workers in the health sector came next with 96% claiming a stressful (if rewarding) professional life.

Top colleague irritations were: Seeing others not pulling their weight and managers changing their minds about what they want doing. And the top work stresses were: Workload and feeling undervalued.
