Base: There were 1,000 votes in total. Only 7 in the list so it shouldn't really be included on this site but your editor needed an excuse to vent his spleen about Maradona (see below).
Notes: As it was a UK poll most of the nominations are rather parochial, but there can be no arguing with Maradona's inclusion. Not only was he a drugs cheat but he also cheated on his wife, his children, his debtors, and, most notoriously of all, against England in the 1986 Football World Cup. Maradona is an ugly, dirty, small-dicked, fat, dwarfish cheat who should be put up against a wall and shot. DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR? Should have been number one on this list.
