Base: All cricketers who have taken a wicket in international Test cricket.

Notes: Warne, Muralitharan, McGrath and Kumble are, as of writing (December 2005), still playing Test matches so they will have added to their totals since this top ten was published. Indeed, Warne past the 600 mark after the Ashes test series in England in Summer 2005 (taking 30 wickets in 5 tests and still being on the losing side!). PS - Kumble passed 500 in March 2006.
